The Murder: Beaten to a pulp, then buried alive. Who: Brothers Nicky and Dominick Santoro. By Whom: Their own crew, ordered by the bosses. Motive: The bosses had had enough of Nicky, and killed the brothers to set an example. What Makes It Insane? First, Nicky must watch his brother be beaten to a gory pulp, stripped and then ditched into a grave. Next, he's beaten up himself, stripped and ditched into the same grave. Slowly, they're covered with sand while still breathing. No mercy was shown in this scene, despite the fact that the killers were part of their own crew.
