2. Sexed Up C3PO
Was anyone free from the sexual charms of Carrie Fisher on set? First we had Chewie grabbing some boob, and then Luke trying to stick his tongue in her ear, and now it seems even the robotic cast members couldn't resist either. To be fair to Leia, she was pretty much the only female of any species or model in the galaxy (or at least the only meaningful one,) so it's hard to blame her fellow crew members for taking advantage. And she does seem to have been pretty game for anything.
1. R2 Fail
The various shots of Kenny Baker without his head on (either as an Ewok or as R2-D2) are bad enough, but this shot is probably the most unglamorous one of all, showing what appears to be a prone, and presumably helpless Baker trapped inside a fallen R2. It's not just the slightly home-made feel to the costume, thanks to the big wooden block feet, it's the fact that it seemingly shows the actor inside only wearing a pair of white underpants, or worse, a diaper. That gives an extra spin to the idea of Baker fully committing to staying in costume as much as he could for his R2-D2 performance.
