12. Jesse Gets "Superpowers" (Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones)

Another novel and wild idea The Marked Ones introduced is the ability for a human to become kitted out with demonic "superpowers". Jesse gets "marked" with a bite on his arm and, when he's attacked by two thugs, he's able to fight them off with enhanced strength, hurling one into a vending machine and the other onto a bench in the distance. Jesse is also able to manipulate physics by falling backwards and floating in the air, and also uses this to pull off some awesome skateboarding tricks, which he of course uploads to YouTube. Things get ugly later in the movie, though, when he has a confrontation with a man talking to Marisol at a store, pushing him over and then snatching a baseball bat away from the disgruntled store owner.
