British actor Charles Gray appeared in two Bond films. In You Only Live Twice, he plays a small part as a luckless MI6 ally in Tokyo, named Henderson, who is then assassinated during his meeting with Bond.
Four years later, he would then become the third actor (not counting the 'unseen' actors in From Russia with Love and Thunderball) to play the iconic Ernst Stavro Blofeld in Diamonds are Forever, although the less said about that film, that incarnation of Blofeld and Gray's performance, the better.
