24 Actors That Played Two Different Characters In James Bond Movies
2. Walter Gotell
German actor Walter Gotell was a regular sight throughout the Roger Moore films, as he played the (actually rather likeable) General Anatol Gogol, the head of the KGB. He was essentially the figurehead of that organisation throughout this era of James Bond and he made his final appearance in The Living Daylights.
What is easy to forget, though, is that Gogol wasn't Gotell's first role in James Bond. He also played Morzeny, a villainous Spectre operative, in From Russia with Love. He's actually one of the most prominent villains of that film and gets to participate in the film's climactic boat chase.
Therefore, Walter Gotell really did leave his mark on the franchise.
