25 Actors You Totally Forgot Starred In Classic Horror Franchises

21. Paul Rudd

The Franchise: Halloween

The Role: Grown-up Tommy Doyle in the sixth film, 1995's Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers.

Why You Forgot: Curse is generally regarded as one of the lesser entries in the Halloween franchise, with its successor Halloween H20 going so far as to just ignore it - and the events of the fourth and fifth films, for that matter - when it brought Laurie Strode back three years later.

By attempting to demystify Myers with the Curse of Thorn concept and even killing off Jamie, much of the intrigue behind the series - and its iconic, unstoppable antagonist - was lost. Though Paul Rudd has barely seemed to age in the near two decades since it came out, it's easy to overlook he was in it when its weakest elements have relegated it to permanently existing in the shadows of the series' better entries.
