After the immediately iconic opening action sequence that culminated in Bond escaping under a Union Jack canopy, Binder blended the film seamlessly into the titles, using the flag as a recurring motif.

This was the first time Bond himself actually appeared in the titles, which you might have expected from Moore's first outing. His outline on the title screen is completely unmistakable.
