Everyone probably has that one friend who isn't really a friend, but more of a nuisance. The only bonus is that they're nowhere near as evil as Cruella DeVil, and you know that if you ask them to puppy sit for you, they're not going to try to skin them and wear their fur. Having said that, Disney knows how to make the best out of a bad situation and has made a very playful tune about one of Disney's most evil villains. But even Roger's impression of the villain is enough to give you that sudden chill.
