14. The Avengers Tower (The Avengers)

The events that occurred in the climax of the Avengers movie - the battle of New York City - caused major damage and destruction to the city. People were hurt, cars and vehicles were smashed to pieces and buildings were damaged and destroyed - and one of the buildings that suffered minor damage was Tony Stark's Stark Tower. Having formerly displayed letters that simply read "STARK", the lettering was altered by the battle - which included some individual conflicts on the top of the building itself - and it was left with only the "A" intact. This was clearly a hint that the building was going to become the Avengers' headquarters - or Avengers Tower - which we now know that it will be in next year's Avengers sequel, Age of Ultron. Plus, at the end of Avengers, the schematics for the newly designed building that would have areas specifically designed for each Avengers member could clearly be seen in front of Tony Stark and Pepper Potts, as they set about refurbishing the building for its new purpose.
