22. 12% (Guardians Of The Galaxy)
There is a scene in Guardians of the Galaxy, in which the heroic misfits are together prior to launching an assault on Ronan and his forces, when Peter Quill tells his fellow Guardians that he has a plan. Rocket laughs at the very idea of that and questions Quill, who responds with the admission that he only has part of a plan.
When Drax and Rocket question what percentage of a plan Quill has, he responds by saying twelve percent, which brings about a mixture of laughter and dubious uncertainty from the other characters present.
This is, without a doubt, a reference to the fact that, in the Avengers movie, the same figure was mentioned during a conversation between Pepper Potts and Tony Stark. Stark had told Potts to give herself 12% of the credit for creating Stark Tower, which Potts feels is slightly insulting, and she later throws the number back at Tony by saying that she was having 12% of a moment.
