25 Best Vampire Movies Ever Made
24. Vampire Girl Vs Frankenstein Girl
Perhaps the most insane example of a vampire film on this list, Vampire Girl Vs Frankenstein Girl is co-directed by Yoshihiro Nishimura, one of the filmmakers behind Tokyo Gore Police – and that’s really all you need to know about this film to understand the ludicrous, arterial-spurting madness that awaits for you here.
The plot follows high school transfer student and vampire Monami (Yukie Kawamura) turn classmate Jyguon (Takumi Saitoh) into a half-vampire after gifting him a chocolate filled with her blood. However, Jygon’s girlfriend Keiko (Eri Otoguro), enraged about what happened, accidentally falls off a roof when attacking Monami. Luckily for Keiko, though, her father just so happens to be a mad scientist who’s just discovered how to reanimate corpses. Bringing his daughter back to life, she goes on a rampage of revenge as the two supernatural students face off.
Revelling in its own blood-soaked absurdity, attempting to explain this film further would be doing it a disservice.
