15. The Semen Scene - Don't Breathe
This fantastic thriller goes from a fairly simplistic home invasion romp into something much more disturbing in its third act, as Rocky (Jane Levy) ends up restrained in the blind man's (Stephen Lang) basement, where he explains that his previous kidnapping victim, Cindy (Franciska Törőcsik), was forcibly impregnated with his child in order to replace the one she killed in a car accident.
With Cindy now dead, the blind man decides that Rocky will be impregnated instead, fetching some ice cool semen from his fridge, filling a turkey baster full of it and attempting to inseminate her.
The scene is stomach-churningly grotesque, with every visual detail savoured (including stray hairs in the "deposit", and a slow-motion shot of some semen dripping from the baster), but thankfully Rocky ultimately manages to avoid such a grim fate.
