16. Harley Quinn Basically Rapes Robin - Batman & Harley Quinn

This past summer's animated movie Batman and Harley Quinn was a head-smacking misfire for the most part, indulging in needless fart jokes, an overt sexualisation of Harley Quinn, and worst of all, a troubling sequence in which she beats Robin up and ties him to a bed.

She then proceeds to strip down to her undies and Robin tells her not to get any ideas, but because it's implied he has a boner, she turns the lights off and mounts him anyway.

Robin continues to protest, but Harley tells him, "Be a good boy and maybe, maybe mom'll give you a cookie", before the suggested off-screen banging takes place.

Aside from being patronising and pandering to comic book fans, it played on the disturbing double standard that men apparently can't be raped, and popping a boner is tantamount to consent, which it absolutely isn't.

The fact an animated movie of all things even raised this discussion speaks for how ill-placed the whole scene is, really.
