The continuing adventures of Vincent Chase, Ari Gold and the crew, ported over to the big screen, and promising no less than 33 cameos. How you feel about the show will very much colour what you feel about that last bit.
Selling Point
For many, HBO's story of Chase and the boys went away too soon, so the promise of seeing them back on screen will guarantee a reasonable audience. And the show was always built on great characters and dynamics. Adding Billy Bob Thornton to the mix can't hurt either.
Reservations
TV shows that disappear and then return to the big screen and do well are something of a rarity, with Sex & The City representing the most recent yard-stick. It's also about the problems making a film, which is like waving a red flag at a bull.
Distractingly, it's also got boy-faced man-child Haley Joel Osment in it.
