25.Wolverine (X-Men Movies)
As popular as Wolverine is, and as useful as his healing factor and adamantium claws make him, he's certainly not a a big gun. He's got the heart of a lion but when his biggest play in his movie ventures was to be the cannon fodder who approached Jean Grey because of his ability to heal, you can't class him as one of the more powerful characters. Wolverine has good fighting skills, his claws will slice through anything that his peak-human body has the strength to push them through and he'd happily fight against Superman if he was given the chance - but if he did get put against someone of that physical level, he'd get squished like a bug. He can take on teams of trained humans and other relatively low-level mutants, as well as fighting against the armoured Silver Samurai in his recent movie, but he comes in at 25 on this list and no higher.
