With a sequel to It's A Wonderful Life reportedly in the works, what better reminder of how terrible belated sequels to Christmas-themed classics can be than 2012's 25-years-too-late A Christmas Story follow-up?
A straight-to-video sequel nobody asked for starring a mostly no-name cast, this is an amateur, low-fi production with mostly risible acting (except for Daniel Stern, the single actor you might actually recognise) and mostly cringe-worthy references to the original holiday classic.
There's just no reason for even the most hardcore fans of the original to check this out: it adds nothing to the original, which you should really just watch instead.
