Because the movie isn't nightmarish enough already, it features a sequence half-way through in which the inmates corner Boss and prepare to treat him to a "death rape". The castrated inmate shanks him in the kidney as he'd held down on the floor, and then proceeds to have sex with the bloody cavity, much to the delight of the other prisoners, as he shouts, "You like that daddy?" Of course, it's just a horrible, horrible dream of Boss', but still easily one of the most screwed up moments in the entire film.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
