Writer-director of The Human Centipede trilogy, Tom Six, appears in the movie as himself, because why not? He shows up at the prison to meet with Boss about using his concept for real, and of course, it's a totally self-indulgent, self-congratulatory if vaguely hilarious role. When Daisy greets him, she says, "You're even more handsome in person", and when Dwight meets him, he simply reels off a list of ways in which The Human Centipede has penetrated pop-culture as a whole. Six's role mainly consists of discussing how the concept is "100% medically accurate" and observing Boss and his doctor, Dr. Jones, at work. Sadly, no, he doesn't end up in the giant centipede at the end...
