19. Dane Whitman/The Black Knight - Eternals
Though it may be based around 7000 year old aliens, Eternals will take place on post-Thanos Earth, and feature a human in the form of Dane Whitman. Richard Madden's Game of Thrones co-star Kit Harrington will portray the hero also known as The Black Knight.
In the comics, Whitman was the third person to take on the mantle, and joined the Avengers, the Defenders, and even the Heroes for Hire. Like many heroes in the MCU, he has strong ties to his weapon of choice, a magical sword that goes by the name of the Ebony Blade.
His ties to the Eternals in the MCU will be similar to that from the source material, thanks to his relationship with Sersi. When leading the Avengers, Dane fell in love with Sersi, and to try and heal her from an incurable disease, Ikarus bonded the two together using a process called 'Gann Josin'.
Since Gemma Chan has already confirmed a love triangle of sorts between the three characters, it's very likely that this same storyline will be adapted on the big screen. Taking into account Dane Whitman's character and Kit Harington's popularity, the Black Knight may soon become a key member of the MCU's iteration of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
