21. Razor Fist - Shang-Chi & The Legend Of The Ten Rings
As is the same with the vast majority of Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, Shang-Chi will not limit itself to just one villain. Of course, the Mandarin will act as the story's main antagonist, but joining him as a secondary villain for the titular character to battle will be Razor Fist.
Bringing the character to life will be Florian Munteanu, better known as Viktor Drago in Creed 2, though it is currently unknown which iteration the MCU will utilise. Since the character was first introduced to Marvel Comics in 1975, there have been three men to take the Razor Fist mantle, William Young, Douglas Scott, and William Scott.
Throughout all three iterations, the villain more than lives up to his name, with each man to take the title having their hands replaced with huge, sharp razor blades. Naturally, this would cause any adversary problems, even a fighter as legendary as Shang-Chi.
It's currently unknown if Razor Fist will be working together with the Mandarin, or will carry a completely separate threat similar to Crossbones' role in Captain America: Civil War, but either way, this will certainly be a very unique MCU character to say the least.
