Bond arrives at the secret meeting in Rome, where the members of the shadowy organisation (which at this point in the movie hasn't been given a name, but everyone knows what it is) are gathered, headed of course by Franz Oberhauser (Christoph Waltz). The meeting is about plotting the assassination of a mysterious character known as The Pale King, and one assassin steps up to the plate, listing his credentials and basically seeming very suited for the job. When the floor asks for any more takers, Dave Bautista's Mr. Hinx (though his name isn't even mentioned in the film, strangely) comes through the crowd, walks up to the assassin, grabs his head and shoves his thumbs into his eye sockets. Of course, the PG-13/12A rating means it can't really show very much, but we get to see Hinx removing his bloody thumbs, snapping the poor guy's neck and then wiping his hands on a napkin. A pretty dope way to establish a bada** new henchman, and by far one of the most entertaining characters in the film, even if he is pretty much just a Terminator.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
