30 Greatest Action Movie Fight Scenes Of All Time

8. Thomas Vs. Mondale's Henchman - Wheels on Meals (1984)

The oddly titled Wheels On Meals is the second of three features all starring friends and former Chinese opera school brothers Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, and Yuen Biao. It€™s also one of the best Hong Kong action comedies of the €™80s that contains some wild vehicular stunt work and contains quite a few spectacular fight scenes sprinkled throughout. In the film, Jackie plays a young playboy that works on selling meals on wheels (in both a fast food truck and on a skateboard). Though, Jackie€™s carefree life comes crashing down when a detective friend of his (played by director Sammo Hung) asks him to aid him in rescuing a kidnapped heiress. In one of the many fights in the movie, Jackie goes up against kickboxing champion Benny €œThe Jet€ Urquidez who plays one of the paid thugs. What makes this scene amazing (outside of the graphic and stylish action) is the comedy elements that Jackie brings to the table. A fan favorite is how his big nose is an easy attraction and the fact that the only way for Jackie to win is to pretend it€™s nothing more than a sparring match, confusing the hell out of Benny€™s character. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI2dzMEzX2w
