15. Obadiah Stane - Jeff Bridges (Iron Man)
Jeff Bridges' second-in-command of Stark Industries is easily the most compelling villain from the three Iron Man movies to date, even if his nefarious scheme ultimately just amounts to being jealous of Tony Stark and wanting to make more money.
The usually-likeable Bridges is deliciously entertaining here, perhaps most memorable as he berates a scientist for being unable to replicate Stark's Iron Man suit, shouting, "Tony Stark was able to build this in a cave...with a box of scraps!"
Sure, it all came down to Stane battling Stark in the Iron Monger suit in the end, but Bridges made a potentially one-dimensional baddie bureaucrat feel like something more: a suave, demented psychopath who wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty when the situation called for it.
