28. Georges Batroc - Georges St-Pierre (Captain America: The Winter Soldier)
Georges Batroc, aka Batroc the Leaper, may have only had a small role in The Winter Soldier during the opening set-piece, but he left quite an impression during a brief-but-savage fight with Cap, aided by UFC fighter St-Pierre's immense physical presence.
Sure, he was just a throwaway baddie much like Crossbones in Civil War, but this is actually an instance of the movie iteration arguably one-upping the comic: in the source material, Batroc was a fairly goofy French stereotype (unsurprising considering he was created by two American men in the 1960s), but here he was no-nonsense brutality...even if for all of his quick dodging, he got put down by Cap fairly easily.
For transforming a chintzy cult villain into a more believable, contemporary figure, Batroc leaps onto our list.
