3. Boba Fett
The most feared Bounty Hunter in the galaxy who is also one of the most skilled and intelligent combatants in the galaxy, Boba Fett was one of the elite bounty hunters hired to bring in Han Solo and the occupants of The Millenium Falcon, which he did by tracking him to Cloud City. He was later pushed into a Sarlacc pit when a blind Han Solo disabled his jetpack, although he later blasted his way out and resumed his Bounty Hunting career. Although Fett had one of the lamest "death scenes in cinema history, he was luckily brought back to life in the Expanded Universe where he would pop up every now and again in the main storyline and also got his own series of novels and comic books. He has arguably the best costume of any character in the Star Wars universe and with only a few lines of dialogue in the original series, he is the archetypal silent killer. Despite being a minor character and being onscreen for less then five minutes, he has developed one of the largest groups of fans of any fictional character and although I know it would be too much to ask, I wish Nicholas Winding Refn would take a chance on the inevitable standalone Fett movie and channel all the innate coolness of Drive into the character.
