You're nobody in Hollywood these days unless you've had an ultra-violent make-over in an edgy action movie. Liam Neeson did it. Mel Gibson did it. Keanu did it... And now Vince Vaughn is in S. Craig Zahler's follow-up to the extremely good - and horribly overlooked Bone Tomahawk.

It's played in Venice already, and the reactions were wildly positive, as you'd expect from Zahler's work - especially for Vaughn, who is apparently a revelation. It's about time he did something to suggest his True Detective performance wasn't unprecedented and this really looks the business.
