Let's be honest, this list could have been entirely dedicated to the brainless quips and "witticisms" that come out of the blue sparkly mouth of Arnold Schwarzenegger in Batman & Robin, given how awful almost all of his dialogue is. The worst of the lot? Probably "stay cool, bird boy."
1. "I'll Get Drive-Thru" - Batman Forever
From the very earliest moments of Batman Forever, with the Bat-crotch in giant, unnecessary focus, it became immediately obvious that there was something wrong with the new direction the franchise was taking, and that ominous feeling was compounded further when Alfred expressed his dissatsifaction that his charge had not eaten, and Batman responded with the worst line in the history of comic book movies. Fans might think of the Bat-credit card or the Bat-nipples as the worst blights on the Batman legacy committed by Schumacher, but this early mistake has to outrank them both. It's a stupid joke that plays on the fact that we never get to see heroes eating, or using the toilet, and how ridiculous that would be - except, we don't want or need any conscious reference to that, and the result is a bone-headed joke without so much as an ounce of humour in it.
