There's arguably no cornier moment in the Jurassic Park franchise (so far, anyway) than when a Raptor is preparing to pounce on Malcolm and his daughter Kelly decides to step in by performing a ridiculously elaborate gymnastics maneuver on some conveniently-placed metal poles. She shouts, "Hey, you!", as she continues to spin around, drop-kicking the Raptor square in its face and causing it to go flying out the window, getting impaled on something outside. Cue her father asking her, "The school cut you from the team?" It's facepalm-inducingly cheesy, and considering that this is the only scene in any movie where a human actually kills a dinosaur, really damn embarrassing.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
