1. Boba Fett Killed Luke’s Aunt And Uncle
How about this one: Boba Fett was killed Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru. The evidence is pretty compelling. First, we can be sure that Boba operates on Tatooine regularly, as he has a pretty cosy relationship with Jabba. Next, we can see that, unlike literally everyone else who suffered the wrath of the Stormtroopers, Owen and Beru aren’t shot, they are burned to a crisp. The average Stormtrooper has always favoured blasters, but we know Boba is prone to using the flamethrower mounted on his right arm.
We also actually see Boba Fett on Tatooine in the same time frame of Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru’s murders in the special edition of Star Wars.
There’s also the line Vader says to Boba in The Empire Strikes Back before deploying him to track the Falcon: ‘No disintegrations’. He says the line to Boba directly, implying that Boba is known for takings his victims a little more ‘’well done’’ than Vader would prefer. Noting the charred remains of Luke’s aunt and uncle, it’s certainly not a stretch to come to the conclusion that it was the deadliest bounty hunter in the galaxy who killed the only family Luke had ever known.
