32. Paranormal Activity Grossed $12889 Per Dollar Of Budget

The Blair Witch Project is almost always quoted as being the pound-for-pound all time great in terms of box office success, making a cool $248,000,000 from a humble $25,000 budget. 2007's Paranormal Activity made a total gross off $193,355,800 off an initial input of $15,000. It may seem like The Blair Witch Project made over $50-million more but per dollar Paranormal Activity was actually the more successful movie, making a whopping $12889 per buck compared to Blair Witches' $9920.

31. One Of The Winklevoss Twins' Face Is Computer Generated (The Social Network)

You probably wouldn't associate David Fincher's The Social Network with technical wizardry but the film tracking the genesis of Facebook had more effects than you might've thought. Rather than using a split-screen to shoot the scenes with the Winklevoss twins (or using actual twins), Fincher chose to work with two actors €“ Josh Pence and Armie Hammer €“ and had Hammer's face digitally grafted onto Pence's in post-production. Pence was at least given a cameo in the party scene.
