Steven Seagal is an actor (mainly limited to crumby action flicks like Under Siege) and self-styled martial arts specialist who had his reputation as a bad-ass unceremoniously shattered when Judo-master Gene LeBelle took the actor to the ground and choked him unconscious when a scuffle broke out between the two on a movie project. To add insult to injury, Seagal quite literally crapped his pants. It should come as no surprise that the man who claims to have taught the greatest MMA fighter ever, Anderson Silva, his most skillful move should deny every word of LeBelle's story (though many others have verified it.)
11. National Treasure's Villains Use Yahoo, Heroes Use Google
National Treasure may be a little implausible but on the whole it's good fun. The quest to find the loot of the Knights Templar won't have Spielberg and The Raiders of the Lost Ark worried but it's a good watch. However, the fact that Sean Bean and his gang of baddies exclusively use Yahoo while the good guys use Google does make us think that there's some dodgy subliminal messaging going on there. Saying that, Yahoo does suck.
10. The Dude Says "Man" 1.5 Times A Minute (The Big Lebowski)
Over the years we've seen many varied characters with many crazily varied speech patterns. Some of them love to spam certain phrases to enable them to establish their character. In The Big Lebowski the Dude says 'man' 147 times (approx 1.5 times a minute), the recent Great Gatsby movie sees Leo saying 'old sport' 55 times while Django Unchained assaults our ears with the n-word 113 times.
9. Tim Burton Trained 40 Squirrels For Charlie And The Chocolate Factory
Tim Burton is a notoriously nutty director and this nut-filled scene is just another cinematic sequence which confirms that. Burton has never been shy using CGI in his movies so it comes as a great surprise that this scene which sees a group of 40 squirrels systematically sorting through nuts is completely real. The crack squad of squirrels were trained since birth to smash open nut shells and place them in a designated location for this one scene in the film. It's no wonder so many parallels were drawn between Burton and Willy Wonka himself.
