22. Perd Hapley Cameo (Fast Five)

As soon as the movie's title appears, there's a hilarious cameo from actor Jay Jackson, best known for playing idiosyncratic news reporter Perd Hapley on the NBC show Parks and Recreation. Making it all the funnier is that here he's also playing a news reporter, broadcasting from the scene of Dom's jailbreak, and though this scene was likely filmed after Jackson had recorded only a few appearances as Hapley, in retrospect, it's pretty much impossible for any Parks and Rec fan to watch his brief cameo here without cracking up.
