1. Ving Rhames
When you talk about imposing acting figures, you think of Ving Rhames. And he's not a bad actor either (see his performance as Don King in Don King: Only in America for details - a TV film that also saw another member of this list, Kevin Grevioux, feature as Leon Spinks). He's around 6 foot tall and generally weighs in at a muscular 230-240lbs. Able to bench press over 300lbs, he is a strong, hulking man. He has an incredibly deep voice, ideal for an uber-villain like Darkseid or Thanos, and has portrayed an impressively diverse range of characters throughout his career. If either DC or Marvel are looking to cast Darkseid or Thanos any time soon, they could definitely do a lot worse than Rhames.
