It's one thing to have your vocals featured in a movie. It's one thing to have a hidden cameo appearance in a movie. But it's something totally different to have your breath appear in a movie.

That was the case for Leonardo DiCaprio in David Fincher's Fight Club.

When Edward Norton's Narrator finds himself in an icy cave with Helena Bonham Carter's Marla, there's plentiful moments where we see Norton letting out an icy breath or two. In reality, the breath seen in the film isn't actually that of Ed Norton.

Instead, these frosty breath shots are actually copy and paste jobs of Leonardo DiCaprio's breath as poor Jack was about to meet his chilly death at the end of James Cameron's Titanic.

Blue Sky Studios handled the visual effects for Fight Club, and it was their relationship with VIFX - who worked on Titanic - that saw DiCaprio make this unique appearance in Fincher's iconic 1999 movie.
