Thanks to the enormous popularity of Tom Hiddleston's Loki (he is arguably the most well-liked character in the Marvel cinematic universe, with only Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark rivalling him in that regard), Marvel and Disney will always be looking for ways to bring him back to the big screen and a Doctor Strange movie could be an ideal and unexpected way to do so. Loki served as the villain in the first Thor movie and the Avengers movie, and currently sits on the throne of Asgard, having tricked Thor in to thinking he was dead and disposing of Odin in an as yet unspecified way - so he is, essentially, still at large and no doubt looking for more heroes to antagonise, realms to lord over and power to gain. As a result, and due to Loki's magical nature, this could bring him in to conflict with Earth's Doctor Strange. The two have battled on a number of occasions in the comic books and someone with access to the magical powers that Strange will inevitably have access to could certainly gain Loki's attention. We all know what Loki is capable of - and he's only going to get more powerful in the Marvel cinematic universe - so he would no doubt pose a severe threat to Doctor Strange if he was to appear in his movie.
