3. Umar
If Marvel wanted to go all X-rated on us, they could introduce Umar to the Marvel cinematic universe and a Doctor Strange movie could be the ideal way to do that. Umar is a very sexually provocative character who just so happens to be the sister of Dormammu (which could lead to his appearance in future movies), who has long been a foe of Doctor Strange and his lover, Clea. She is an extremely powerful opponent and - though not as much of a threat as her brother - could cause a novice Doctor Strange more than enough problems. She is extremely intelligent and has vast knowledge of magical lore. She can manipulate the forces of magic for virtually any effect, including inter-dimensional teleportation, size transformations, time travel, matter transmutation, energy manifestations such as powerful concussive blasts, magically constructed animated beings, telepathy, illusion-casting and a low level of mind-control. She has ruled a dimension known as the Dark Dimension, which would look extremely cool in a movie if it was included. When she is ruling this dimension, Umar's head is surrounded by a plume of mystic fire - the flames of regency - which would also look awesome in live action. The fact that Umar's inclusion would require the casting of a beautiful actress is certainly not a bad thing either. Note that Umar has, in the comic books, been sexually attracted to the Hulk and, as well as wanting him to be her henchman, she also wants to use him to satisfy her sexual needs. As it turns out, she does manage to woo Hulk in to bed in the comics (although how that works anatomically I will never know) and she still remains unsatisfied, despite the fact that he is completely worn out. This could potentially allow for Hulk's inclusion in a Doctor Strange movie (which could, in turn, lead to the formation of the Defenders in the Marvel cinematic universe).
