5 Awesome Movie Dads And 5 That Suck

5 Awesome Movie Dads...

5. Bryan Mills in Taken/Taken 2

When I heard they were making a Taken 2 I couldn€™t imagine it would be successful. I was picturing that iconic line: €œYou will be taken€Again€ €œCome on Dad, really?€ However the box office sales have proved me wrong. Taken 2 is a sure fire hit with over 300 million dollars made from tickets worldwide. Liam Neeson has proved he€™s one money-making dad machine who will not stop at anything to protect his daughter. The first Taken introduces Neeson as Mills a divorced dad with special-ops CIA skills that put his daughter€™s wussy stepfather to shame. Mills kicks into gear when his little darling is on holiday in Paris and gets abducted by sex traffickers. Neeson battles his way through French men, Albanians and Arab sheiks to get his girl back. When watching this film with my own dad he promised he would do the same for me. Thanks and all but I don€™t think he€™s quite got martial arts down like Mills. Then we get Taken 2 where the bad guys are out for revenge. I didn€™t think there were any bad guys left as Millls got through so many the first time round but they€™ve re-spawned and are out to get Mills€™ daughter AND his remarried wife. Once again Mills blazes through and all is restored. He may be a tad over-protective but when you€™re in trouble Mills will find you, and he will save you and he will be an awesome dad.
