5 Characters That Need To Be In Guillermo del Toro's DC Team-Up Film

4. Zatanna

The DC universe is littered with more attractive female characters than Boba Fett cosplayers at Comic-Con. and one of the sultriest and most interesting is Zatanna. Born to the master magician Zatara (one of Batman's multiple tutors), she assumed his mantle after his passing and became the Justice League's premier magic user in times of need. Her amazing gimmick is that all of her spells are simply commands spoken backwards. Hearing that done on-screen would be like a some weird Twin Peaks' Red Room flashback. And it doesn't hurt that Zatanna is a knockout with more than a few aces up her sleeves to keep the boys at bay. She's a strong female character (probably the toughest next to Wonder Woman in the DCU) and is another perfect example of a character del Toro is obviously infatuated with: strong, sexy females who aren't dominated by the male characters in their world. And any excuse to see a character run around for two hours in fishnets is cool by me.
