2. Telekinetic Girl Pushed To The Edge - Carrie (1976)
Carrie didn't have a chance. Her mother was a religious nut, her father was long gone, and she's painfully shy. Things are even worse at school, especially when she experiences her first period. I can't speak for every woman out there, but for me, at least, that is one scene I just can't bring myself to watch. We're lead to believe Carrie's luck turns around when she gets asked to go to the prom, and we're happy for her. Then we realize someone has a cruel prank planned. She goes to prom, and actually gets crowed prom queen. It's a sweet moment for her... until that bucket of pig's blood falls on her head. In a split second, her mind snaps. She blocks the exits, starts a fire, and kills everyone in the room. Her psychotic mother doesn't ease matters, and ends up as one of the next casualties. I think this was supposed to be an anti-bullying ad on steroids. Think about it: don't pick on people and drive them to the edge - they might turn around and psychic you to death.
