1. Squirrel Girl

Squirrel Girl (Doreen Green) is Marvel's ULTIMATE comic relief character. In terms of her powers, she is 'merely' a mutant with squirrel like abilities (prehensile tail, claws, agility etc) and the ability to communicate with squirrels. However, she is known for taking down powerful villains and terrifying villains to their very core (see above when she defeated Thanos and it is also a well-known fact that Doctor Doom is scared of her). She still isn't taken particularly seriously by other superheroes though and is mostly associated with the Great Lakes Avengers team (who are a bit of a joke, all things considered).
How could she cameo humorously? It would be very anti-climatic for the likes of the Hulk, Iron Man and Thor to be struggling to beat Thanos on screen, only for Squirrel Girl to turn up out of nowhere and wipe the floor with him, so I would NOT like to see that! What I think would be cool is if she was to appear in a large-scale battle, unnamed, in the background of an X-Men movie kicking some serious ass! Think of the battle at the end of X3 (The Last Stand). Loads of mutants were present and loads weren't even referred to, but they were still identifiable. If Squirrel Girl was to be included, it would be cool for that to happen with her, but she would have to be doing some real damage for the humour value. I also recall a Fantastic Four cartoon in which Ben Grimm (The Thing) had been relieved of his powers and the team were holding auditions for a replacement. Squirrel Girl's audition involved her sliding on to the screen alongside some of her squirrel pals, shouting out the words "Ta-Da!" and being immediately rejected by the team. Having that occur in a film as part of an 'auditions montage' would be hilarious!
