3. Ash - The Army of Darkness
Believe it or not Ash Williams is the chosen one, the one prophesied to fall from the skies and free the people of ... erm, the past ... from the evil Deadites. It's a shame no one told Ash though because he's pretty pissed off about it and in no mood to play God to a bunch of idiots. It soon turns out though that he's probably dimmer than they are and slowly but surely he accepts his calling as the liberator of humanity against an army of the medieval dead. It's arguable that Ash isn't a time traveller but let's face it, when he's sucked into the portal at the end of Evil Dead 2 he travels BACK in time. Thus, Ash Williams is a time traveller. Enough said. He is one of the most unlikely and definitely the most reluctant time traveller on our list.
