4. Scott Pilgrim & Ramona Flowers (Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World)
Scot Pilgrim is in a band, has his own place (kinda) and possesses some mad fighting skills. None of these uber cool powers divert from the fact that he's still a short, skinny nerd with a crappy haircut and zero people skills. Played by Michael Cera, Pilgrim looks and sounds like he's never gone through puberty, and yet - somehow - he becomes the focal point of a teenage girl's obsession and the focus of Ramona Flowers' evil 7-ex boyfriends, who are trying their best to stop him scoring with her. That's right: the far more experienced and rather worldly Miss Flowers actually wants to sleep with Scott Pilgrim, like that's the most natural thing in the world. Even in the original comic book you could tell that Flowers was way out of Pilgrim's league, and yet this is somehow made to look like it could happen. Scott Pilgrim, we have so much to learn from you (I guess).
