Fans of Disney have often been angered by the Chapek regime's price increases.

Both Disney+ and the costs within their theme parks have gone up since he became CEO and don't look set to change any time soon.

Walt Disney World's Genie+ system was introduced under Chapek and has recently moved to a flexible price structure. Over the Thanksgiving period the price is set to reach $29 per person per day. Disneyland annual passes have also increased despite no new passes being available for sale.

Despite profits coming in at Disney's theme parks, they didn't reach the predicted heights, with attendance being cited as part of that. Could it be that the price guests are willing to pay is finally reaching its ceiling.

There's no guarantee that Iger will bring about a price reduction. It is thought that Iger might relook at this issue, especially with Disney+.
