2. We Need A Movie More Faithful To The Cartoon
As badass as Dolph Lundgren may be, and as awesome a Skeletor Frank Langella did make, the 1987
Masters of the Universe movie just wasn't how the masses of the fans of the cartoon expected it to be. Where was Prince Adam? We need He-Man's alter-ego. We need it to be set on Eternia. We need Grayskull. We need Snake Mountain. We need Orko. We need Battle Cat. We need a Beast Man who looks more threatening than his 80's counterpart creation '
My Pet Monster' (honestly, the 80's live action Beast Man was pathetic!). The 80's version of the movie was a whole load of fun, but the interpretation wasn't even close to being faithful to the source material, and that's what we - as Masters of the Universe fans - would really like to see.
