3. Something For Everyone
One of the biggest flaws in the Batman universe is that if you don't like Batman what else have you got? Your only alternative is to root for the bad guy and as fun as that is in an event movie you kinda want to be behind the winning side as it goes hand in hand with that feel good moment when the dust has settled and you leave the auditorium. In Avengers however, if you're not a fan of one character then you have a number of others to chose from. Is Captain America too dull? Then why not cheer for the cocksure Tony Stark? Sick of all the masculinity? Well here's Black Widow doing it for the girls. Thor was born to be a God if you prefer an everyman you could do worse than support good old Bruce Banner. Avengers has something for everyone. What more could you ask for?
