4. The Death Of The X-Men

One of the harder things to believe in this story is that Wolverine killed all of the X-Men. In the comic, Mysterio shows Wolverine an illusion of Marvel villains killing his teammates, so he jumps in to kill the villains, instead accidentally kills all of the X-Men, which is kind of ridiculous, even in that story. Wolverine then takes a vow of nonviolence and continues his long, unending life.

Days of Future Past showed a fairy tale ending - everyone was alive and back together, but Logan has the potential to change that ending dramatically. Aside from Xavier, we don't know the fate of any of the other X-Men characters and it would be a dark turn for these movies to have their main character kill the entire supporting cast. And quite wonderfully, it's not completely out of the realm of possibility.
