3. Monkian
Monkian is another of the main henchman who serves the ThunderCats' arch-enemy and his presence would be essential in a live action movie. An evil Mutant and humanoid monkey, Monkian is generally portrayed as the information gather - obtaining data about the ThunderCats on behalf of his master. Possessing the traits of a monkey, he is extremely agile and acrobatic, being able to climb and swing through trees quickly and easily (being the only villain who is really capable of keeping up with the likes of Wily-Kat and Wily-Kit as they travel through a forest canopy). He is the most mild-mannered of the Mutants and rarely quarrels with them. He's also extremely dumb (bless him), which makes him very naive and submissive - and he rarely doesn't do as he's told when his master sets him a task. Monkian is a formidable fighter, however, using his aforementioned agility and a good level of strength in combat. He wields a mace and, sometimes, a shield which shoots projectiles - though he is rarely a challenge for the likes of Lion-O in battle.
