50 Greatest Action Movies Of All Time

24. Fast Five (2011)

Crank 2
Universal Pictures

Justin Lin proved himself as one of the best action directors in the business with the fifth entry in the Fast and Furious series, a high-octane popcorn movie that signaled the franchise's permanent shift into full-blown action blockbuster territory.

Bringing back some old favorites and making the genius decision to add Dwayne Johnson into the mix, Fast Five overcomes major flaws in the plot and character departments thanks to a series of inventive and well-staged set-pieces that are as entertaining as they are ridiculous.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break.
