50 Greatest James Bond Moments Of All Time

21. Goldeneye: Finale

The Spy Who Loved Me
MGM

Goldeneye is one of the best James Bond movies and fittingly, it also has one of the greatest finales in the series.

With a palm-sweating ticking clock scenario, superb fight scenes, one of Q's delightful gadgets, terrific film-making and what is quite possibly the best death a main Bond antagonist has ever had ("For England, James?" "No... for me."), it offers all the joyous thrills you could've asked for.

As well as this, secondary villain Boris Grishenko (Alan Cummings) gets one of the all-time funniest Bond death scenes and the film's Bond Girl, instead of needing to be rescued, actually plays a big part in saving the day with her computer hacking skills, which was another great touch.
