26. The Prospector Toy Story 2
Kelsey Grammar has such a posh, classy voice, its no wonder he lends himself to villainous voice acting so often. Just check how many times hes appeared on The Simpsons as Sideshow Bob. He must enjoy it. That diabolical laugh lent itself well to the nasty antagonist of Toy Story 2, The Prospector. I still remember being p*ssed off at this guy as a kid when he ripped Woodys arm open again during the climax of the film. The Prospector had a sympathetic backstory, but his unwillingness to redeem himself even with the knowledge that he would be accepted by Andy makes him a huge douchebag.
25. Zé Pequeno City of God
Believe-it-or-not, Zé Pequeno has committed worse crimes than having a name that is annoyingly hard to spell when writing an article. For one, he is a sadistic murderer who takes pleasures in killing his enemies, even if they are of no direct threat to him. Turning on anyone he needs to, this guy has few loyalties and even rapes a woman at one point in the film. He is a drug dealer, an arms dealer and an all-out criminal in the film. He isnt likable. Hes pure evil and deserves his fate.
24. Bellatrix Lestrange Harry Potter Series
A lot of people love this character. I hate her with a vengeance. Lestrange is a murderous death eater who takes pleasure in murdering some of our favourite Harry Potter characters. This is the woman who is responsible for the death of Dobby. Mad yet? Helena Bonham Carter realised the character expertly and created a side villain that rivaled even Voldemort for sheer unlikability. I was very pleased when Molly Weasley finally dispatched her in the final film.
